Day Plan

Day 0 - Overnight Journey from Delhi to Shimla

Your journey begins in the evening as you board a Volvo from Delhi for an overnight ride to Shimla. Sit back and enjoy the winding roads as you ascend into the cool hills of Himachal Pradesh.

Day 1 - Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing

The morning light bathes Shimla in a golden glow as you step out after breakfast. The colonial-era buildings stand proud against the backdrop of pine-covered hills. The toy train chugs along narrow tracks, its whistle echoing through valleys. On Mall Road, the aroma of freshly baked goods mingles with the scent of pine, while monkeys playfully swing from trees overhead. At Jakhu Temple, prayer flags flutter in the breeze as you soak in panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The Ridge buzzes with activity - local families strolling, children playing, and the neo-gothic Christ Church standing majestically against the blue sky.

Day 2 - Kufri Excursion & Departure to Manali (Overnight)

After breakfast, visit Kufri, a small hill town known for horse rides, scenic trails, and the Himalayan Nature Park. Later in the day, return to Shimla, grab dinner, and board an overnight Volvo or cab to Manali, ready for the next leg of your journey.

Day 3 - Arrival in Manali – Local Sightseeing

Arrive in Manali and check into your hotel. Visit Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht hot springs, and enjoy the greenery of Van Vihar. Spend the evening at Mall Road exploring cafés and local markets. Try specialties like Chana Madra, Babru, or local trout fish.

Day 4 - Solang Valley or Rohtang Pass Adventure

Today is reserved for adventure. Visit Solang Valley for thrilling activities like paragliding, ropeway rides, and ATV biking. If permits and weather allow, drive to Rohtang Pass for breathtaking views and snow adventures. Return to Manali in the evening for a relaxed dinner.

Day 5 - Transfer from Manali to Dharamshala

Post breakfast, check out and drive to Dharamshala via scenic mountain routes. Reach by evening and check in to your hotel. Take a relaxed walk around the area or visit a nearby café. Enjoy a warm Tibetan meal or a Himachali thali for dinner.

Day 6 - Explore Dharamshala & Mcleodganj

After breakfast, explore Dharamshala and Mcleodganj. Visit Namgyal Monastery, Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, Dalai Lama Temple, and the peaceful Dal Lake. Browse Tibetan markets and sip tea at a hillside café. In the evening, enjoy a quiet dinner of momos, thukpa, or local specialties like Dham.

Day 7 - Transfer from Dharamshala to Dalhousie

After breakfast, check out and drive to Dalhousie, known for its old-world charm and stunning landscapes. Arrive by afternoon and check into your hotel. Take a walk through Panchpula, Subhash Baoli, and Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy the quiet evenings and try local food like Khatta Meat and Chana Madra.

Day 8 - Explore Dalhousie & Khajjiar

Today, visit Khajjiar, often referred to as the “Mini Switzerland of India.” Enjoy the meadows, scenic views, and nature walks. You can also take a short trek to Khajji Nag Temple or simply enjoy the lush green surroundings. Return to Dalhousie by evening for a relaxing dinner and a peaceful night.

Day 9 - Departure – Return Journey to Delhi

Check out from Dalhousie and drive back to Chandigarh for your return journey to Delhi. Depending on your travel time, you can stop for lunch or some quick sightseeing in Chandigarh before boarding your return Volvo or cab for Delhi. This concludes your scenic Himachal journey filled with diverse experiences.

  • Deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Booking amount will be refundable, if cancellation is done 30 days before the tour date.

  • The balance payment must be completed 30 days prior to the departure date.

  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.

  • Any additional charges incurred due to currency fluctuations, bank fees, or international transfer charges must be borne by the client.

  • Failure to make payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
