Day Plan

Day 0 - Overnight Journey from Delhi to Dharamshala

Begin your adventure by boarding an overnight Volvo or private cab from Delhi to Dharamshala. Relax and enjoy the scenic drive through winding mountain roads as you head into the peaceful hills of Himachal Pradesh.

Day 1 - Arrival in Dharamshala – Local Sightseeing

Arrive in Dharamshala by morning and check into your hotel. After freshening up, explore the town’s highlights like the Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsu Nag Temple, and Namgyal Monastery. Take a peaceful walk around Dal Lake and enjoy the serenity of this Tibetan cultural hub. In the evening, treat yourself to a Tibetan meal, such as Thukpa (noodle soup) or Momos (dumplings), in one of the local cafés.

Day 2 - Explore Mcleodganj & Surroundings

After breakfast, head to Mcleodganj, the upper part of Dharamshala, known for its vibrant Tibetan culture. Visit Bhagsu Waterfall, Triund Hill, and the famous Norbulingka Institute, which showcases Tibetan art and culture. Spend the evening strolling through the bustling markets of Mcleodganj, where you can shop for Tibetan souvenirs and enjoy some local delicacies.

Day 3 - Transfer from Dharamshala to Dalhousie

After breakfast, check out and drive to Dalhousie, known for its old-world charm and stunning landscapes. Arrive by afternoon and check into your hotel. Take a walk through Panchpula, Subhash Baoli, and Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy the quiet evenings and try local food like Khatta Meat and Chana Madra.

Day 4 - Explore Dalhousie & Khajjiar

Today, visit Khajjiar, often referred to as the “Mini Switzerland of India.” Enjoy the meadows, scenic views, and nature walks. You can also take a short trek to Khajji Nag Temple or simply enjoy the lush green surroundings. Return to Dalhousie by evening for a relaxing dinner and a peaceful night.

Day 5 - Dalhousie to Amritsar

After breakfast, check out from Dalhousie and head towards Amritsar. Arrive in Amritsar by afternoon, check into your hotel, and visit the majestic Golden Temple, one of the holiest sites for Sikhs. Spend some time soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and the divine beauty of the Golden Temple. In the evening, visit Jallianwala Bagh, a historic site of the 1919 massacre, and take a walk along Mall Road for some shopping and local snacks like Amritsari Kulcha and Lassi.

Day 6 - Departure – Return to Delhi

After breakfast, you can visit the Wagah Border for the famous Beating Retreat Ceremony, a highly recommended experience on your way out of Amritsar. Once done, depart for Delhi, marking the end of your journey filled with spiritual and cultural experiences in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. Arrive in Delhi by evening or night, concluding your trip.

  • Early check-in or late check-out at hotels (subject to availability and additional charges).  

  • Additional transportation or services not mentioned under "Inclusions."  

  • Entry fees to attractions unless specifically listed in the itinerary.  

  • 5% GST extra.  

  • Airfare, train tickets, or airport transfers unless mentioned.  

  • Entry tickets, adventure activities, permits, and other personal expenses.  

  • Travel insurance and medical expenses.  

  • Anything not mentioned in the "Inclusions."

Payment Policy

  • Deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Booking amount will be refundable, if cancellation is done 30 days before the tour date.

  • The balance payment must be completed 30 days prior to the departure date.

  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.

  • Any additional charges incurred due to currency fluctuations, bank fees, or international transfer charges must be borne by the client.

  • Failure to make payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

  • A payment confirmation receipt will be issued upon successful transaction.
