Kheerganga is one of the most popular trekking destinations in the Parvati Valley of Himachal Pradesh, located about 22 km from Kasol. Nestled at an altitude of around 9,700 feet, it is known for its natural hot water spring, scenic meadows, and panoramic views of the snow-clad Himalayas.

The trek to Kheerganga starts from Barshaini and takes around 4–5 hours, passing through pine forests, waterfalls, and small villages like Nakthan and Rudranag. The journey is as beautiful as the destination — with every turn offering a new view of the valley.

At the top, travellers are greeted by the famous Parvati Kund — a natural hot spring believed to have spiritual and healing properties. Many visitors also visit the small temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati located nearby. Camping under a starry sky, enjoying simple mountain food, and soaking in the hot spring are unforgettable parts of the Kheerganga experience.

Kheerganga is perfect for those seeking adventure, peace, and a close connection with nature in the heart of the Himalayas.
